Q: Can I preview your videos before buying?
A: The online preview clips work well for most customers. You can also order knowing the programs can be returned within 3 weeks—no questions asked. If these options don’t work for you, no problem! Give us a call and we’ll work something out.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: For US orders, shipping and handling starts at $7.00. Canada and International

Q: When will you ship my order?
A: If you catch our shipping cut-off time, we’ll ship your order today. In the very unusual event that we’re out of an item, we’ll contact you to discuss the situation.

Q: Can I “drop ship” an order?
A: Absolutely. Just enter a separate shipping address on the checkout page.

A: Many of our customers use their own LMS’s. When you license our content we’ll provide you with a SCORM file that you can import and run in your LMS.
Q: Uh-oh. We don’t have an LMS. Are we out of luck?

Q: What’s included?
A: Whether you use our platform or your company’s LMS, our online video courses include access to the training video followed by a 10-questions quiz — on our platform we provide great additional training features including certificates of completion, reminder emails and much, much more.
Q: I read on your website that online training is priced per-seat. What do you mean by per-seat?
A: Your learners will consume one ’seat’ in each of the training programs they're assigned. The more you seats you order, the greater your savings. Click here for our discount schedule.
Q: Are there additional fees?
A: There is a one-time setup fee of $65 per course. This covers provisioning the courses for your LMS, or when using our platform, setting up your custom training and learner accounts. If you have less than 20 learners, your setup fee is waived!
Q: How long will we have access?
A: Learners and administrators have access to the training for one year.
