Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class customer service in eLearning industry via telephone, email and chat
  • Manage qualification and assignment of inbound (website, phone, email) leads
  • Help onboard new customers on Kantola’s proprietary LMS & preparation of SCORM files for remote LMS delivery
  • Work on customizations, support and testing functions, as needed
  • Problem solve and help company improve customer experience
  • Contribute to the collaborative team environment
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong belief in core Kantola products (e.g. harassment & diversity training)
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and empathic customer service mindset; we are looking for problem solvers who follow every task to full completion
  • Positive attitude and proven track record of prior success in a quota driven role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology, including skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with SalesForce experience a plus
  • Minimum 1-3 years of delivering great customer care (e.g. contact center, technical customer support role)
  • BA or BS degree
  • Previous experience with SaaS, Articulate Storyline, or SCORM files a plus

Compensation:

Compensation is a combination of base salary plus bonus. Compensation is based on relevant experience.

Location:

Our offices are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, located just across Golden Gate bridge in downtown Mill Valley, CA. While being locally based is a plus, we will consider candidates in other locations who would work remotely. If the candidate is based in a different location than the Kantola office, there may be some travel required (onboarding, and once or twice per year for training/other events). During the COVID-19 pandemic, this position will be full-time remote.

We are looking for a talented instructional designer and writer who can enrich our video-driven interactive learning programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the development and maintenance of award-winning interactive learning programs.
  • Work closely with Kantola product leadership, contribute to course design and development from start to finish with a primary focus on researching, designing, and writing compelling instructional content, including instructional interactivity.
  • Determine instructional strategies and modalities to meet customer and learner needs, and advance meaningful behavior change in areas relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion; workplace discrimination and harassment prevention; and other related program topics.
  • Help define course learning objectives, and develop interactions to support those learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with Kantola script writers and video production partners to create best-of-breed dramatic video content; using instructional methodologies, help create detailed specifications for rich media content for use in our programs.
  • Develop and maintain storyboards and other course documentation as needed.
  • Work closely with course developers to build interactive learning programs.
  • Support course maintenance and customization efforts, and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong belief in core Kantola products and mission, with demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent writing skills; the ideal candidate is comfortable with rough first drafts and imperfect sentences to enable forward-movement, but also has extremely high-quality standards for finished work product.
  • BA or BS degree required; relevant graduate experience in instructional design, writing, or instructional/teaching/academic background a plus.

Successful candidates will be:

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a dynamic environment with many moving parts.
  • Experienced at collaborating in a creative, entrepreneurial environment with internal and external stakeholders with a wide range of backgrounds and domain expertise.
  • Have a strong bias for action; experience with agile/iterative development methods a plus.
  • Willing to immerse yourself in areas beyond your knowledge or expertise, with a strong aptitude for getting up to speed quickly on difficult, complex social and legal topics.

We are a fast-growing company serving a rapidly expanding need providing significant opportunity for professional growth. As a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist, you will report to the VP of Growth, work closely with the head of Sales, and will be responsible for supporting strategy and owning processes, data management, training, and reporting related to our CRM technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize cross-functional business requirements from multiple stakeholders, identify and implement improvements in current marketing and sales workflows and processes
  • Own training materials and training sessions for sales team on workflows and processes
  • Data hygiene/maintenance – be an expert on our data structure and implement new ways to improve data quality while growing our database
  • Set up dashboards and reporting; track and report out on key sales metrics
  • Manage marketing automation through Pardot – create and maintain sequence logic, own prospect lists
  • Own lead and acquisition funnel reporting, and implement rep segmentation/territorialization
  • Manage inbound and outbound territory and list management

Qualifications:

  • Strong belief in and passion for Kantola's mission
  • 5+ years of work experience in b2b sales and marketing operations role or similar CRM-related role
  • 3+ years direct experience with Salesforce and Pardot required, experience with Zendesk and outbound sales tools (Salesloft, Outreach) a plus
  • Experience configuring and optimizing Salesforce CPQ or multi-year contracts
  • You are willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, you have an owner mentality and take pride in your work
  • Exceptional problem solver with ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insight; ability to communicate data into meaningful insight and present to leadership
  • Ability to scope a complex project, break it into workstreams, prioritize work and execute against a work plan
  • Strong analytical skills
  • BA/BS required
  • Certified Salesforce platform engineer or Certified Salesforce Administrator a plus, but not required

As a Program Manager, you will report to the VP of Growth, manage the planning and coordinate the execution of marketing and growth initiatives that involve heavy cross-functional inputs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and scopes program plans, master timeline and deliverables, and holds teams accountable to the timeline to ensure projects are on track.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to define program requirements, constraints, and assumptions in order to establish results, resources needed, and timelines.
  • Responsible for establishing single source of truth documentation that clearly outlines owners, actions, and timing from project activation through to delivery and debrief
  • Sees opportunities for efficiencies in future initiatives by maximizing analytics, reporting, & hind-sighting to drive future program plan improvements.
  • Leads and facilitates cross-functional team meetings and activities to deliver key outcomes and prepare for milestones

Qualifications:
