Harassment and diversity training

According to Benefits Administrator Manda Kirk, the annual employee training is made up of one session that includes both sexual harassment and diversity training, using “Sexual Harassment: A Commonsense Approach” and “Harassment and Diversity: Respecting Differences.”

Group discussion lead-ins

These same video training programs are repeated each year since they make a good refresher, notes Manda, even when employees have already seen them.
