Customers Say... "I don’t use training videos a lot but your company is always first in my mind when I need one. I like the fact that your videos are 25 to 30 minutes and they are informative without being boring. I could take my life in my hands if I tried to show our department heads a long, boring video!!! You have great customer service and ship your videos out very quick as well. Thanks!"

Sexual Harassment E-Learning Preview

What's the best way to teach employees about preventing sexual harassment in your workplace?

E-Learning is the easy solution that's working for many companies.

Kantola Productions' new e-learning course, Sexual Harassment: A Commonsense Approach will make sure your workforce is properly trained and in compliance on the subject of workplace harassment. This course pairs dramatic scenes with a variety of interactive training features. It provides 24x7 Internet access for easy scheduling across all your locations, and offers flexible reporting tools, so you can assign, track, and confirm each employee's training. Automated email reminders help keep your trainees on schedule.

Award-winning Video

Of course none of this matters unless the training is effective. That's where our award-winning dramatic video scenes really pay off. Based on our popular Sexual Harassment video programming, these true-to-life and thought provoking situations demonstrate both obvious and not-so-obvious examples of harassment.

Viewers will watch seven different storylines and on-screen commentary from legal experts who provide clear guidelines to help your employees stay out of trouble.

Interactive E-Learning

Interactive features include questions and exercises covering the different types of harassment, how to recognize it in your workplace, and what an employee’s responsibilities are when it comes to stopping harassment. You’ll find that this combination of storytelling and interactivity connects with learners on an emotional level not seen in other training courses.

E-Learning Tools and Features

We also provide other useful training tools including our “Ask an Expert” feature, where employees can submit questions to your designated in-house resources and receive responses through the system-provided interface.

Employees will be able to download documents such as your company policy on harassment,  workbooks, and useful checklists. Employees are required to acknowledge their receipt of your policy and confirm their understanding of the course content in order to be credited with completion of the course. You will have access to reports and utilities that will make training compliance easier and hassle-free.

Three Versions of Sexual Harassment Training

The Kantola online training is available in three versions. The forty-five minute employee version is designed for non-supervisory staff. In this course your employees will learn the fundamentals of workplace harassment: “what exactly is it?”  And, “How can I help to keep my workplace harassment-free?” A second version for managers and supervisors provides important guidelines on their added responsibilities for setting standards, responding to complaints, and preventing retaliation. The managers course takes about an hour to complete. The third version is produced specifically for California employers to meet the requirements of California’s AB 1825 anti-harassment legislation. This two-hour course for managers and supervisors includes training on the specific responsibilities required by California law.
