Ordering FAQ’s

Q: Can I safely order on-line?

A: Yes. You can safely order with confidence knowing that Kantola Productions follows industry best practices to protect your data. In ten years of web e-commerce we have never had an incident with customer data.

Q: Can I preview your videos before buying?

A: The online preview clips work well for most customers. You can also order knowing the programs can be returned within 3 weeks—no questions asked. If these options don’t work for you, no problem! Give us a call and we’ll work something out.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

A: For US orders, shipping and handling starts at $6.50. Canada starts at $8.50 and International orders start at $19.50. See our Shipping page for more information.

Q: When will you ship my order?

A: If you catch our shipping cut-off time, we’ll ship your order today. In the very unusual event that we’re out of an item, we’ll contact you to discuss the situation.

Q: So what time is your shipping cut-off?

A: 2:30 PM Pacific time. Orders received after our shipping cut-off will be shipped on our next business day. See our Shipping page for more information.

Q: Sounds good. When will I receive my videos?

A: Generally in a week or less (longer for Canada). See our Shipping page for a transit time table.

Q: My company won’t let me order directly with a credit card. Will you ship under a PO?

A: Give us a call. We can usually work things out.

Q: Do you have my video in Spanish?

A: Some of our videos are available in Spanish. Check out our Spanish training videos list .

Q: How can I tell whether the program I’m interested in is closed-captioned?

A: Look for the [CC] on the description page for your video.

Q: Can I “drop ship” an order?

A: Absolutely. Just enter a separate shipping address on the checkout page.
