How many supervisory employees?
For each supervisory user, the calculator will charge a seat license for every video selected from the lists in Step 2. If you select both the Manager and Employee versions of our harassment training, the calculator will only allocate seats to Supervisory Employees for the Managers versions of the videos. |
How many non-supervisory employees?
For each non-supervisory user, the calculator will charge a seat license for every video selected from the Employee and Stanford Executive Briefings lists. Seat charges will not be calculated for non-supervisory employees and Manager’s videos. |
How many students in each course?
For use by learning institutions. The calculator multiplies the number of students in each course by the number of courses to derive the total number of students. A seat charge will be calculated for the product of students times videos selected in Step 2. |

Do you own the DVD versions of these programs?
If you don’t already own the DVDs, you can purchase them with your licensing rights at a 20% savings. |
Total Seats
Basically, this is the product of the number of licensed users, times the number of videos. For Management videos selected in Step 2, seats are only allocated for those users defined as Supervisory Employees or University Students in Step 1. |
License Cost
The licensing fee rights to stream the video content selected in Step 2 to the employee population defined in Step 1. |
DVD Purchase
The purchase price for the selected DVDs, if you do not already own them. |
Discount Percentage
This is a volume discount. The more employees and videos you license, the greater the discounts you will earn. |
License Period
